A significant amount of change and insecurity across BT Wholesale had left people feeling confused, disengaged and vulnerable. The results of the employee engagement survey were low, particularly for the question ‘my manager paints a compelling picture of the future’.

The leaders needed to communicate their new strategy in a way that created buy-in, belief and increased engagement.

Solution

A half-day event, where managers received a business update from a senior leader, exposure to the four strands of the business strategy, and practical training from The Mind Gym to help them communicate the strategy in a compelling way.

Result
